This is the previous name for what has become the Beta SL Hybrid. 3L GoreTex with 2L GoreTex Paclite Plus in the body to decrease weight and increase packability. Rolls into its hood to about 1L in size (narrower than a Nalgene but longer). The color is a fairly hi-vis blue, but I cannot quite grab the name of it.

The pictures are unedited and I'd say very true to life despite the cloudy morning. 13.4 oz on my scale in size Large. Fit is spot on for a large hardshell. I can fit a 4oz 900 fill down puffy underneath without any compression.

Plenty of space to add a fleece and heavier base layers if needed. That being said the cut still fits great without any insulation on and Arcy's higher armholes allow plenty of activity and overhead movement. I've used this shell in all four seasons, including summiting Wind River Peak and descending its West Gully in blowing sleet.
